Recently used this business for the first time to buy and fit and a new bedroom carpet. Paul advised us against buying a more expensive carpet and pointed us to something more suitable . Prices were competitive and the whole process was smooth and friendly . Only issue is that the rest of the carpet in the house needs doing ! I would highly recommend .

A great experience dealing with Luke at Pristine Flooring. Nothing was too much to ask and with stock ready to go I could start my work the same night! As for the product itself, the quality of the SPC was better than any I had previously used!

Would definitely recommend!

I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation.Master craftsmen are not easy to find but Paul has had a lifetimes experience of fitting floors and is an absolute perfectionist. He fitted new flooring in my kitchen, hallway and cloakroom and has done a superb job (I just wish he would have a holiday occasionally!) The office staff also deserve a mention as they are extremely helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Another floor laid by Pristine Floors yesterday. Another great job by Chris this time. We’ll be getting you back to do the carpets next guys. Excellent workmanship as ever. 9/12/20

Paul and his staff are excellent. He is a skilled fitter and everything was very professional. When the supplier sent flawed carpet he noticed it straight away and ordered new at his cost. He fitted LVT for us and did a beautiful job. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Outstanding as normal! I needed commercial flooring replacing in one of my businesses in Chorley. I was messed around no end by a couple of "so called" commercial specialist companies and was getting no where.
Although they have done my last two homes, I didn't know if Pristine Floors did commercial contracts, it turns out they do. I contacted Paul, he came when he said he would, provided a huge range of samples to choose from, got the quote to me the following day and his team worked round the business's hours to complete the job. The work is superb and I can't recommend them enough.
